Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to cultivate trust-based relationships vertically and across the matrix to deliver client impact
- Support new business development with required technical and domain expertise
- Deliver and exceed client impact on platform deployments
- Recruiting, coaching, mentoring and developing pool of Data Scientists within the organisation
- Work with client side product and engineering teams to ensure strategic alignment and prioritization of product roadmap
- 10+ years of professional experience at banks/financial service institutions in the area of credit risk/fraud/ collections and customer management
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills combined with ability to lead and perform data analytics
- Proven track record of driving results with strong thought leadership and ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously - PhD/Master s degree in Statistics/Mathematics/Business Management
