Responsibilities:

  1. Aggressively recruit top-performing agents and teams from competitors

  3. Create and maintain a positive, productive office culture
  4. Provide leadership, coaching, and support to our agent population

  6. Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with Keller Williams standards

Compensation:

$110,000 - $150,000 yearly
