Advantage Dealer Group is currently seeking a Service Manager to join our outstanding team, must be flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsible for overseeing the Service department, ensuring it is profitable and running smoothly.
Understand customers concerns/issues and find an appropriate resolution.
Set and manage the expectations for Service Advisor and Technicians.
Continuously keep employees up to date with factory required training.
Hire, train and manage employees.
Hold scheduled Technician and Advisor meetings.
Monitor department performance using appropriate reports.
Understands, keeps abreast of and complies with federal, state and local regulations that affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, etc.
Understands and ensures compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.
