Position Summary: HRUCKUS is seeking a Lieutenant to oversee armed security operations at HQ. This role requires a strong background in security management and field supervision.
Position Description: The Lieutenant should have a minimum of four (4) years of armed security experience in field supervision (civilian law enforcement, military service, or commercial/industrial security) and at least three (3) years (within the last five years) of management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise security personnel and ensure smooth operations.
- Enforce security policies and provide field support as needed.
- Assist in the training and development of the security team.
Position Qualifications:
- Minimum of four (4) years of armed security experience in field supervision (civilian law enforcement, military service, or commercial/industrial security).
- At least three (3) years (within the last five years) of management experience.
Position Requirements:
- Citizenship: Citizenship of the United States of America is required
- SSN: Have been issued an approved Social Security Card by the Social Security Administration
- Education: Received, at minimum, either a high school diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma
- Experience (at least one):
- Two years of armed security experience or two years of military or National Guard service (active duty or reserve)
- Successful completion of a Federal or State certified Law Enforcement Education and Training or Police Officer’s Standard Training course
- Language: Fluently speak, read, comprehend, and compose coherent written reports in English
- Certification: Lautenberg Amendment Statement/Domestic Violence certification
- Age: Be a minimum of 21 years of age
The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $100,000 per year.
