Purpose

Overseeing all aspects of store operations and technology (shopfloor and stockroom).

Key Responsibilities

  1. Proactively identify areas of opportunity to guarantee that all store operations run efficiently.
  2. Execute and adapt to new company initiatives as they pertain to externalization and sustainability within the supply chain.
  3. Allocate resources to every task according to the actual needs through strong scheduling management (Orquest).
  4. Anticipate the needs and organization of shopfloor and stockroom based on forecast and trend (Sale, Black Friday, etc.).
  5. Develop the team by ensuring that all associates are properly trained on store operations and standard procedures (front and back, including register).
  6. Work with General Manager/Store Director to ensure that all H&S procedures are respected and there are no safety hazards in the store.
  7. In collaboration with Register and Technology Manager, ensure that all store devices are in good condition and that all technical issues are properly communicated to respective teams (IT, GS, etc.).
  8. Oversee performance of external stockroom teams (if applicable).
  9. Protect customer experience through strong implementation of traffic flow both in the fitting room and cash desk.
  10. Overall organization of the register area (team, schedule, and customer flow).
  11. Monitor store KPI in all aspects related to People, Process, and Product.
  12. Ensure Cellular organization is implemented and followed daily (daily and weekly plan with clear tasks).
  13. Responsible for organization of fitting room operations including but not limited to organization of floor cells, cleaning, tidying, running, and sprinting.
  14. Work with the General Manager and store team to ensure efficiency of SINT operations, including iPod sales, SINT, click&collect, and store mode.
  15. Manage and maintain the capacity of the stockroom, ensuring the quality and care of the garments are protected.
  16. Ensure Back of House organization, cleanliness, and tidiness of the working areas and devices.
  17. During delivery: Organize the team, tools, and time efficiently. Coordinate with the visual commercial team the timing of the tasks. Reach and improve productivity.
  18. Coordinate the replenishment of the sales floor, responding to store requests for sizes and/or product.

Personal Profile

  1. Previous fashion retail management experience (min. 3 years).
  2. Excellent customer service experience.
  3. Previous cash handling experience.
  4. Results-based approach.
  5. Excellent analyzing, prioritizing, and organizational skills.
  6. Ability to work well under pressure and delegate tasks.
  7. Articulate with excellent communication skills.
  8. Strong numerate and literacy skills.
  9. Energetic & enthusiastic with good interpersonal skills.
  10. Strong initiative & self-motivation.
  11. Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
  12. Open/flexible to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
  13. Ability to maintain professional standards of personal presentation in order to represent the image of the brand.
  14. Passion for fashion.
