Key Responsibilities

  1. Investment Analysis: Conduct thorough due diligence and financial analysis on potential investment opportunities, including market research, financial modeling, and valuation.
  2. Deal Execution: Assist in the execution of investment transactions, including preparing investment memoranda, presentations, and conducting meetings with management teams and industry experts.
  3. Portfolio Management: Monitor and support the performance of portfolio companies, collaborating with management teams to drive operational improvements and strategic initiatives.
  4. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor analysis, and market conditions to identify new investment opportunities.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members, contributing to deal sourcing, negotiation, and execution processes.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  2. 2-4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or management consulting.
  3. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  5. High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Capital IQ).
