Litigation Attorney

Our client, a San Francisco boutique, plaintiffs’ civil litigation and antitrust law firm is seeking a mid-senior level litigation associate to join their growing practice. It's an exciting time at this firm as they are thriving in the generative AI space with cases involving chatGPT and Meta language model and AI image copyright litigation. There is a set career growth path in place for attorneys and partnership track opportunity.

Day to day:

• Draft complaints, motions, pleadings, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions, argue motions in court
• Handle mediation
• Examine witnesses at trial
• Supervise more junior attorneys and support staff

Requirements:

• Licensed with California State Bar
• Experience and the drive to run your own docket of cases
• Antitrust, class action, or complex litigation experience preferred

Salary range 200,000 – 240,000K (DOE), + annual bonus
