Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Business Services Accountant to join our growing team. As a member of our Business Services team, you will play a key role in managing client accounts and providing expert accounting, tax, and bookkeeping services. Your knowledge and expertise will be critical in building strong client relationships and mentoring junior team members.

  • Record daily transactions, maintain ledgers, and prepare financial statements using specialized software programs.
  • Reconcile bank, credit card, loan, and intercompany accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Calculate accruals, prepaids, property and equipment values, and depreciation expenses.
  • Regularly communicate and collaborate with clients to provide exceptional service and address their accounting needs.
  • Collaborate with various teams to handle accounting, auditing, and tax duties as required.



Qualifications and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s/Associate's degree in accounting or a related field preferred.
  • CPA certification or CPA certification eligibility is a plus.
  • Prior accounting internship experience is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of finance.
  • Excellent time management skills to thrive in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality client service and maintain ethical standards.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to advance in the firm.
