Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries related to renewable energy products and services.
• Process customer appointments and bills.
• Educate customers on the benefits of using renewable energy and how to maximize their savings.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling renewable energy products and services.
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in customer service
• Strong core values
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
