Job Requirements / Description
  • Bachelor’s degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post-high school
  • 4 years of sales and/or account management experience
  • 3 years of training, relationship development, planning, or business management
  • 1-year selling wireless products or services
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, three years of active driving history, completed driver’s safety training, and otherwise comply with DISH’s Driver Safety Policy and guidelines
  • Must be located in the LA Metro region
  • Contract or vendor relationship experience
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment
  • Availability to promptly devise solutions for escalations during retail business hours
  • Strong time management skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in offering sales and marketing guidance to owners and sales representatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective at working both independently and collaboratively as a team member
  • Bilingual Spanish is required
  • Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check

Responsibilities

  • You will work and consult with retail store owners on their business and ensure compliance at all store types throughout the assigned territory
  • You will manage projects and teams and provide coaching and sales training to front-line sales teams
  • You will build relationships throughout your territory with external partners, internal teams, and vendor partners to help drive performance, and you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for questions and issues at retail stores
  • This role includes a company vehicle
  • Visit retail store locations and provide coaching and training via role plays and side-by-side selling with sales representatives
  • Inspect and drive marketing campaigns at retail stores
  • Make daily calls to stores to help drive performance
  • Receive calls as the first point of contact to help resolve customer escalations
  • Maintain and drive accountability of Boost brand standards in all stores in the territory
  • Use local knowledge and real estate contacts to identify new retail points of distribution
  • Communicate with store owners driving their business sales performance
  • Implement plans to exceed sales quota across the territory
  • Maintain an expert level of product knowledge for all Boost products and services
  • Potential Total Compensation (Base + potential Commission): $80,000 - $95,000
  • *The range above includes commission potential of $20,000 at 100% of hitting performance goals**
  • Compensation: $62,848.00/Year - $89,815.00/Year Uncapped Commission
