We are seeking an experienced Store Conversion - Sr Data and Application Analyst to help ensure the stability of production environments and support stores converted to the latest store platform. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of resolving complex technical challenges.

• Key Responsibilities: Lead global teams to ensure seamless production environment operations and support stores migrated to the latest store platform.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Oversee data migrations, addressing pre- and post-production concerns following store conversions.
• Compile and present daily, weekly, and monthly store conversion reports to leadership stakeholders.
• Track store conversions, ensuring thorough pre- and post-validation processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Serve as an early warning system, escalating potential concerns to leadership promptly.
• Requirements: 8+ years of experience in related fields.
• Proven experience leading global teams and managing complex technical projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of data migration and technical integration processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Effective stakeholder management and leadership communication skills.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with retail or store platform conversions.
