Our dedicated team upholds a mission to provide a compassionate, comprehensive, holistic approach that supports patients in their journey with opioid addiction and dependence by providing medication and behavioral health interventions.
Connect has an opening for a Medical Assistant Certified to assist our care team in providing services to persistent pain patients receiving chronic opioids and those patients engaged in medical assisted treatment (MAT). You will assist in MAT clinics, review patient charts for completion of all requirements for pain contracts, support the creation and maintenance of registries related to chronic opioids, contact and schedule patients with the care team for follow-up visits, identify care gaps and to fill those gaps directly as allowed by level of license and compile reports as directed.
Qualifications:

  • Graduation from accredited Medical Assisting Program is required
  • Current MAC license is required
  • BLS is required
  • Valid Driver's License and auto insurance is required
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus!
  • Pre-employment drug screen is required
