DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Executing customer-focused sales strategies that will support the achievement of individual, department and company revenue and profit goals

• Prospecting, selling and closing of new business within the organizations corporate global moving services line

• Managing the customer sales cycle to include communicating with customers, coordination of customer services with the branch and/or corporate employees and customer satisfaction and quality control efforts

Job Summary:

The Corporate Relocation Account Executive will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their relocation needs are met with the highest level of service. This role involves strategic account management, business development, and the coordination of complex relocation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of corporate relocation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing corporate clients, ensuring their relocation needs are met and exceeded.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new corporate relocation opportunities to grow the company's client base.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in the corporate relocation sector.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary contact for corporate clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present customized relocation proposals to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our services.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of relocation projects, from planning through to completion.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and customer service, to deliver a cohesive approach to client management and service delivery.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project statuses. Provide regular updates to senior management on account performance and sales forecasts.
  • Travel: Occasionally travel to client sites and industry events as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience selling corporate relocation services to national accounts, or working as a National Account Executive, preferably within the corporate relocation, moving, or logistics industry.
  • Skills:
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attributes:
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
