Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Racquet Sports at Agawam Hunt. The Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of all racquet sports, organizing and supervising coaching programs, and coordinating sports events and tournaments for club members Additionally, the Director will be involved in promoting racquet sports within the club and ensuring a high-quality experience for all participants.

- Physical Education and Sports Management skills
- Communication and Coaching abilities
- Experience in Directors Role 2-5 Years
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of racquet sports rules and techniques
- Ability to work well in a team environment and supervisory role
- Previous Club Racquets Experience
