Yes with at least 2-years’ experience and Cerner or EPIC (EMR) experiencePatient Types:Post op CABG, Valve, thoracotomies, V-A and V-V ECMO, post cardiac arrest, post heart cath, post op vascular surgery, critical carePatient Ratios:1:2Required Certifications:ACLS, BLS, NIHSSSkills required:Swan ganz catheters, arterial lines, hemodynamic monitoring, chest tubes, CRRT, medication titration, IABP, Impella, EKOS, vent management, Tandem Life/Tandem LungSupport on the Unit:CNA (Ratio): 1:12Receptionist/HUC? NoCharge nurse? 1 per shiftPhlebotomy? YesIV/VAT Team? YesHospitalist? YesTelemetry monitoring tech? Are RNs required to read/measure tele strips?
