Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Payroll Project Coordinator in Fordham Park, NJ to provide support on various people operations projects within the HR data management and payroll functions. This is a hybrid remote position that will require 2-3 days onsite.

We are looking for an HR Payroll Project Coordinator in Fordham Park, NJ to provide support on various people operations projects within the HR data management and payroll functions. This is a hybrid remote position that will require 2-3 days onsite.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain functional test data scripts to support testing and participate actively in system testing and regression testing
- Execute and log the tests, evaluate the results, and document problems found for various Payroll and Data Management projects.
- Measure and monitor progress during each test to ensure that the application is tested, validated, and piloted on time and that it meets or exceeds expectations.
- Perform various test scenarios including positive and negative testing to ensure business functionality coverage.
- Use problem solving skills to help provide solutions.
- Collaborate and execute with our IT teams and other HR teams on user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with the payroll and data management hub and legal entity teams.
- Collaborate HR Operations team members with direct interaction with HR Data Management / Payroll Managers
- Work closely with People Operations leadership, team members, Global project leaders, site business/HR and HR Technical support team
- Helping to simplify complex time and attendance and data management requests, functional solution design, and user acceptance testing of changes in SAP and other systems.
- Support the implementation and design of solutions to the HR and end user community
- Minimum 2 years of HR Operations and/or Payroll experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in project including UAT and/or in UAT planning and testing.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work collaborate in a team environment multi task to reach goals
- Ability to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise and escalate to the appropriate contact.
- Very detailed oriented
- Knowledge of HR systems (SAP, Success Factors etc.)
