The Dental Assistant serves to support and provide on-site training to enhance office efficiency and workflow in preparation for specialty production days.Primary Responsibilities:Serve as an Orthodontic assistant to support reties, bondings and alignersImplement changes and provide education and feedback to providers, departments and offices in relation to denials that impact revenueDemonstrate exceptional integrity and composure with patients, staff and specialistsCorresponding with patients, if requested, that have any questions about treatmentQualifications:Experience with orthodontic assisting requiredComfortable with presenting dental information to patientsLicensed RDA
