Job Requirements / Description
Principal Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Customer Interaction and Satisfaction:
  • Follow up on installations for customer satisfaction.
  • Contact service leads to set appointments.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments for sales reps.
  • Manage the New Home Owner Program, tracking results.
Appointment Management:
  • Plan efficient routes around appointments.
  • Integrate New Home Owner Program with scheduled appointments.
  • Schedule removal orders and reschedule appointments as needed.
  • Set appointments from answering service.
Inquiry and Order Processing:
  • Respond promptly to internet inquiries.
  • Handle initial donation requests for approval.
  • Process new orders and review contracts/documents.
  • Manage commission recap and financing paperwork.
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay: $15.50- $17.50/hour

Minimum Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, required
  • Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field, preferred
  • 2 years of experience in administrative duties or similar clerical position
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Specific experience with Sales Force
  • Strong Customer service skills
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, as necessary
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Customer service experience preferably in a sales/marketing environment
  • Data-entry experience

Essential Functions/Physical Requirements:
The position requires sitting at a computer and typing for extended periods of time.
