Job DescriptionAt NIQ, we deliver the most complete and clear understanding of consumer buying behavior that reveals new pathways to growth.The NIQ Retail Services Customer Success team is looking for an Analyst to drive client value by assisting in the analysis and preparation of client deliverables and providing client service on standard questions. Our team members are experts within their categories and on NIQ solutions, and are viewed as trusted partners by our clients.

Client Service, Analytics & General Duties
- Attend client meetings with team members to gather information and learn client business issues
- Conduct required research and analysis to identify trends and patterns in data to glean insights aligned to client business issues, and formulate findings in a story telling manner
- Contribute to client deliverables by assisting in building presentations with insights and preliminary recommendations
- Use all available NIQ content to deliver integrated insights and analyses related to Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) consumer behaviors
- Provide responses to client inquiries, and follow up to ensure high level of service is maintained
- Mine and organize data based on client business issue
- Review data for errors and inconsistencies
- Participate in knowledge sharing across the professional services organization
- Collaborate across the retail organization to support business development and ongoing business process improvements
- Actively participate in and identify opportunities for efficiencies, automation, standardization and ways to simplify processes
Professional Development
- Continue to broaden knowledge of client business issues and needs, NIQ services and broader industry
- Seek opportunities to engage in cross functional teams/projects
- Contribute to the creation of an environment team members are proud to be a part of and others want to join
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- 0-3 years of experience in a professional services organization, applying analytics to resolve business issues
- Analytical proficiency
- Strong oral and written communication, organization and customer service skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Prefer prior experience in CPG (particularly Beauty/Personal Care, Baby, Pet, Household Essentials or Health & Wellness), Retail, and Client Service (Consulting, Research)
