Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of finance analytics consulting projects, including scope definition, data gathering and analysis, and presentation of findings to clients.
- Develop and implement advanced financial modeling and analysis techniques to solve complex business problems.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and provide strategic guidance on how to improve their financial performance.
- Mentor and manage a team of consultants, providing guidance on project delivery, technical expertise, and professional development.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in finance analytics, and identify opportunities to integrate new techniques and technologies into our consulting services.
- Collaborate with other teams within the organization to develop and deliver integrated solutions that combine finance analytics with other disciplines (e.g. marketing, supply chain).
- Conduct assessments of clients' current processes and technologies in the Finance department to identify opportunities for digital transformation.
- Develop strategies for implementing digital technologies in the Finance department, including identifying specific technologies and developing a roadmap for their implementation.
- Support clients through the implementation process, including providing guidance on project management and addressing any challenges or obstacles.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure the success of the digital transformation project.
- Stay up to date on the latest developments and trends in digital technologies and their potential applications in finance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as finance, economics, mathematics, or engineering.
- 15+ years of experience in a finance analytics consulting role, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact projects to clients and with a strong understanding of digital technologies and their potential applications in finance.
- Strong financial modeling skills and experience with advanced data analysis techniques (e.g. machine learning, Monte Carlo simulation).
- Experience consulting with clients on digital transformation projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable insights for clients.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of consultants to deliver high-quality work.
- Knowledge of project management principles and techniques.
- Must be willing to travel more than 30%.
Good to Have Skillsets (Any one of the below will work):
- Dashboarding experience (Any one PowerBI / Tableau / React / QlikView).
- Knowledge of ERP Systems (SAP / Oracle / Dynamic etc.).
- Automation Experience / OCR experience (UiPath / Blue prism etc.).
- Data Science (Modelling, ML, Statistical forecast etc.).
Pay:
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $150,000 - $240,000. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.

As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a “free time” PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
