They will serve as a consultative partner and subject matter expert in areas of Associate Relations, HR programs, people leader coaching and services, and resolving people and HR matters.ResponsibilitiesHR Strategy ImplementationExecute human resources strategy and services that corresponds with the company’s goals to strengthen and sustain the company.People Services DeliveryEnsure efficiency and effectiveness through high volume service deliveryUphold Bath and Body Works values and standards of conduct by handling and resolving advanced HR matters including associate relations, investigations, asset protection and background check dispositions.Provides advice and counsel to associates and people leaders on associate relations, absence management and performance management.Identify and assess trends and risk within organization to drive initiatives, policy improvements and overall culture.Collaborate with Tier leaders, HR Business Partners and people leaders on associate relations, performance management and trends impacting area of support.Ensure policies, procedure and practices are adhered to in compliance with federal, state, and/or municipal lawsCulture, Change & EngagementDeliver Best-in-Class HR experience to associates using effective communication through high volume interactions face-to-face, by phone and through written channels.Support and complete HR and change initiatives in a fast-paced retail environment.Bath & Body works is proud to offer a competitive, performance-based compensation and benefits package to our eligible associates.
