Your Role in Catalyzing Growth
In this non-prospecting role, you'll serve as more than just a Financial Consultant; you'll be a trusted advisor offering personalized financial planning and guidance through face-to-face client interactions as they look to reach their retirement goals.

Expertise They Are Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred; however, experience counts
- Active Series 7 -non-negotiable
- Additional Series 65 or 66 and state registrations are a tremendous plus
- CFP certification is preferred
- 5+ years of financial planning experience
- A proactive mindset centered around client satisfaction and problem-solving.
The base salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year. The total compensation package also includes quarterly bonuses and other variable compensation ($110k-$120k first year)
