Job Description:
As a Client Partner at Provoke Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative technology solutions. You will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, collaborating with sales teams to identify new business opportunities, and acting as a trusted advisor to our clients. Your leadership and strategic guidance will be critical in achieving our revenue targets and ensuring client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth and Account Management:
- Lead multiple client accounts to achieve revenue growth and gross margin targets, with a focus on exceeding $5 million in revenue.
- Bring in new accounts from your personal network and actively collaborate with Sales to target 1-10 new logos, depending on your level.
- Leverage Sales support to ensure clear Go-To-Market (GTM) messaging across accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client executives, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, aligning our offerings with clients' evolving needs.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients, analyzing performance metrics, and proposing solutions for enhanced satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor project progress, proactively addressing risks or issues that may impact delivery.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication of client requirements and expectations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving operational efficiency and best practices in project management and client engagement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to provide strategic guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Position the company as the client's partner for defining and delivering innovative technology solutions.
- Lead, coach, and support matrixed delivery teams on accounts.
- Groom delivery and client partner talent to scale accounts as appropriate.
- Manage team expectations and delivery-related escalations.
- Manage the portfolio P&L, ensuring profitability and a healthy financial result.
- 5+ years of experience in consulting or IT services industries sales.
- 2+ years of experience selling into digital product design, user experience, research, and innovation areas.
- 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: strong technology solution definition and delivery in a consulting role; account management and business development experience in the services industry; depth in one or more vertical industries.
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing teams to successful outcomes.
- Prior experience as an Agile Coach, Product Officer, or Practitioner preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Project Management or delivery capacity.
- 2+ years of UX/UI Design experience.
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of SaFE/Agile/Scrum.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong business acumen.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to engage and build relations with senior leadership at Fortune 500 organizations.
