RBO Technology, LLC is actively seeking a skilled Project Estimator with specialized knowledge in estimating projects involving data, fire, and security systems. This pivotal role will require you to meticulously assess project scopes, conduct thorough cost estimations, and ensure precise budgeting and planning for each project.
Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate project requirements and specifications to determine accurate scopes of work.
• Conduct comprehensive cost estimations for data, fire, and security system installations and upgrades.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to align estimates with project goals and timelines.
• Utilize industry standards and best practices to develop competitive and accurate project bids.
• Analyze and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to support estimation processes.
• Maintain awareness of market trends, pricing, and technology advancements in data, fire, and security systems.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project estimation, specifically in data, fire, and security systems.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools preferred.
• Familiar with simPRO is not required, but preferred.
• Relevant certifications or training in project management or estimation processes is advantageous.
