Wide Effect Talent Solutions is expanding its presence in New England and is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to support our team in Fall River, MA. Regular travel throughout the New England region is essential for fostering relationships and driving business growth.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to foster customer loyalty and generate referrals.
  • Oversee the customer order process from Job Order to Placement, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Address and resolve customer requests and complaints, turning challenges into growth opportunities.
  • Guide and mentor the team, promoting engagement with our online portal.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and make necessary adjustments to exceed expectations.
  • Inspire and elevate the performance of the team through coaching and motivation.
  • Identify and implement training initiatives to enhance product knowledge and customer experience.
  • Travel through the territory each week to meet with clients and prospects in person.


Experience/Skills Required:


  • Proven sales leader with a passion for mentorship, coaching, and relationship building.
  • 2+ years of sales experience.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • 3+ years of staffing industry experience.
  • Familiarity with companies in the construction, maritime, and renewable energy industries.
  • Experience analyzing sales reports, CRM data, and business trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Consultative selling experience and strong drive for results.
  • Proficiency with ATS & CRM tools, Microsoft Office 365, and LinkedIn.
