Marketing Coordinator

Our client in Buckhead is looking for a marketing coordinator to join their growing team!

They are open to new graduate with a bachelor's degree in marketing. This is an entry level position.

Pay: $50K-65K depending on experience level

Location: Buckhead - in office 5 days/week

Responsibilites:

• Create proposals, valuations and other client presentations at the start of the sales cycle.
• Create and maintain property-specific marketing collateral to include property flyers, floorplan flyers, eblasts, Offering Memoranda, Executive Summaries, postcards, etc.
• Prepare applicable images/attachments for use in marketing materials and/or provision to various listing services to include photos, custom maps, aerial photographs, etc.
• Update the company website
• Maintain calendar and coordinate schedule for ongoing email campaigns.

Requirements:

• Have a marketing background with specific expertise in layout and print design.
• Able to commute to Buckhead office 5 days a week.
• Be proficient with managing a wide variety of sales support and marketing projects to assist with the sales objectives.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing preferred
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus
