LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently recruiting a Real Estate Attorney for a law firm client in Seattle, WA. This contract position is fully remote. This is stable position for six months or more.
The Real Estate Attorney will be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal real estate documents, supporting asset management operations, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires 4+ years of real estate experience and exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and review legal documents, including leases, and purchase and sales agreements
- Maintain contract management system and ensure accurate record keeping
- Support asset management operations
- Prepare and update due diligence request lists and track status
- Provide transaction due diligence support
- Review property management and historical transaction documents
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of real estate experience required
- Knowledge of standard real estate terms
- Real estate development or construction contracting experience preferred
- Strong technology skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Highly dependable and professional
