Job DetailsDescriptionThe Marketing Coordinators primary role is assisting with proposal coordination. This entails assisting in management of drafting, developing, and editing proposals. The Marketing Coordinator is also responsible for the development of marketing materials including presentations, brochures and content for internal and external communications. Candidate will work in a team environment frequently collaborate with International Group leadership.Responsibilities:Assist senior management in directing all proposal effortsSupport the creation and review of proposal outlinesAssist in analyzing the Request For Proposal (RFP)/Statement of Qualifications (SOQ)/bid requirements against the proposal outline to ensure both compliance and responsiveness to the clients issues and needsLead development of proposal sections and volumes, and conduct regular proposal progress status meetings to maintain the proposal schedule with designated team members, both internal and externalAssist in the development technical narratives for final proposal packages via coordination with internal design, estimating, and engineering departmentsAssisting in event planning and executingAssisting in corporate initiativesReview proposal narratives and volumes to ensure they are compliant, all requirements are adequately addressed, page limitations are not exceeded and revisions are completedCreating and maintaining market-related content on websiteCreating and maintaining content on intranetCoordinate with the client to confirm project information and photography meets guidelines for public disseminationAssisting with coordination and production of interview presentations, awards submittals and marketing materials for tradeshowsAssist in executing marketing materials including project sheets, resumes, project lists and related collateralCoordinating and supporting corporate events and philanthropic eventsOther duties as assignedRequirements:CitizenAbility to maintain and obtain a US Government Security Clearance2+ years of related experienceProficiency in Adobe Creative SuiteStrong technical writing skills preferred with an eye for graphicsBachelors Degree is Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related fieldAbility to manage and prioritize multiple projectsCapability to problem solve independentlyTeam PlayerPreferred:Previous A/E/C experiencePhysical Demands:To perform the duties of this job, the employee must:Have the ability to repetitively use hands to grasp, reach above and below with arms, and work overheadHave the ability to stoop, bend, walk, kneel, crouch and crawlHave the ability to lift, carry and/or move up to 25 lbs. of weight in the form of paper, boxes, files, etc.Have the ability to sit for extended periods with occasional standing requiredPossess the manual dexterity to operate office equipment, filing, and perform specialized skillsPossess a high degree of concentration necessary in a busy office environmentWork Environment:To perform the duties of this job, the employeeMust be able to work in an office environmentMust have flexibility with hours in order to better accommodate business needsB.L.
