Outside Sales Representative

This role will be remote but must be in Charlotte to visit customers in the area.

Car is provided for this position. Established company with lots of room for growth with a commercial sales rep.

The ideal candidate will prospect and generate new commercial business as well as perform cold-calls in the field to generate new permanent sales. Experience with plant managers, logistics managers or warehouse managers is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business
• Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas
• There is an office in Charlotte but not required to go onsite.
• Need to be able to go to customer locations in the Charlotte area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field
• 2+ years' experience in cold calling sales with strong track record of success
• Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
