*Position Overview: *Quote replacement parts and service for HMS EquipmentTelephone response on new and legacy equipment.Update and Maintain Spare parts lists for customer's legacy products.Troubleshoot and repair legacy equipment at customer's facilities.Assist with installs throughout North America.Able to perform Preventative maintenance and Inspections based on HMS Specifications.Train HMS Employees and Customers on the operation and optimization on all of HMS transfers and equipment.Required Skills:Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics for installations and troubleshooting.Ability to Install and troubleshoot Industrial Electrical circuits.Ability to get online remotely to view the HMI of the customer's system.Have and be able to use common electrical tools and measuring devices.Be able to work in a team environment.Be able to travel throughout North America.Able to understand and follow current NEC code concerning Industrial and Commercial Environments.Qualifications:High school diploma required, Associate's Degree in an Industrial category or Technical degree preferred.Ability to obtain a passport.Have worked in an industrial environment for a minimum of 3 years.
