We are seeking an Account Executive to help us drive business and revenue growth through the sales of products and services. In this role, you will help obtain new clients and manage existing clients through prospecting, personal efforts, networking, and referrals, along with performing consulting services to identify business issues and recommend managed solutions provided by the Firm’s Workday Adaptive Planning Group and Value-added Reseller. In this role, you may be required to travel and work from different firm and client locations.

What Work You Will Be Responsible For:
- Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities. Identify and develop new prospects through cold calling and multiple sources of sales leads (internal and external).
- Meet sales, revenue, and profitability objectives and ensure that the work contracted is in line with the Firm strategy and goals.
- Manage an existing portfolio of clients to define additional needs and recommend solutions.
- Develop and deliver proposals, pricing, and recommendations to new and existing clients.
- Maintain a working knowledge of Firm products/services for sale to the client.
- Develop and maintain sales plans for own territory to meet the revenue targets as set by management.
- Maintain customer database by recording all activities, transactions, and communications with clients.
- Collaborate with management to determine appropriate solutions to meet/exceed client needs.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with colleagues from all applicable service areas to process orders and address any issues with the clients regarding installation or services.
- Ensure quality control requirements are met including complying with confidentiality requirements (e.g., client information, proposal information, job-related information, etc.).
- Identify issues/concerns and communicate such items to management.
- Develop proficiency for Firm software applications, services, and procedures.
- May assist in the management, coaching, and development of colleagues with a focus on performance and assisting in career development.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated successful sales experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales experience and selling business software solutions to C-level executives and business applications to line of business.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs is required.
- Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles is required.
- Previous experience in public speaking and presentation skills is required.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Previous sales methodology training/experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
