Job Description:
As a Specialist, your key responsibility will be to uncover customers' needs and provide them with enlightening solutions. You will be the first point of contact for customers when they enter the store and will guide them through the entire buying process, from advising and selling to setting up their new products.
You will also be involved in maintaining visual merchandising and providing assistance to other team members as required. Your curiosity and interest in keeping up-to-date with news about products and initiatives will enable you to apply your learning in customer interactions.
Your success in this role will be measured by the team and individual productivity as well as overall store performance. You will feel proud to represent Apple and will get great satisfaction from helping customers develop lifelong relationships with the brand.
