Job Description:
Provide coordination regarding staffing, scheduling and quality assurance for contract personnel in a 24/7 operational environment. Support mentorship/guidance of large workforce supporting real-time operations, specifically regarding SIGINT Airborne ISR.
May need to support shift operations.
The Site Manager shall possess the following capabilities:
- Strong understanding of the SIGINT Airborne ISR mission.
- Ability to support complex shift work scheduling.
- Possess strong leadership skills.
- Ability to communicate with client leadership
Qualifications:
- Five (5) years of experience managing operations, mission management, personnel management and employee supervision.
- Five (5) years of experience producing geolocation solutions.
- Must be able to support 365/24/7 operations.
Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph
