Job Overview
PaceButler Corporation is a B2B leader in purchasing retired cell phones and tablets. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead and drive our salesforce to new heights! You'll manage 20 sales representatives across two teams with support from two Vice Presidents of Sales to ensure that our sales performance reaches its full potential.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop two teams of 10 sales representatives.
- Collaborate with the VPs of Sales to set and execute sales strategies.
- Oversee the hiring and training of new sales representatives, as well as develop individualized plans for underperforming team members.
- Analyze performance data and set monthly goals and metrics that ensure sales growth and team accountability.
- Conduct one-on-one interviews to provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Motivate and inspire the sales team to meet and exceed goals with an encouraging, hands-on approach.
- Regularly review and improve KPIs to optimize overall performance.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Expertise in implementing effective sales training programs.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and strategy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is preferred.
