Project Manager

4 Corner Resources is seeking a dedicated Project Manager. This exciting opportunity offers a permanent role with a focus on career advancement. Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, finances, and resource allocation for both time & material and fixed-price projects.
• Coordinate and prioritize project tasks to ensure timely delivery and adherence to milestones.
• Oversee projects involving offshore teams, effectively managing varying time zones and cultural differences.
• Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration among business stakeholders, offshore teams, and project sponsors.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, aligning business objectives with project outcomes.
• Serve as a liaison between business users, offshore teams, and technical teams to ensure clear interpretation and understanding of requirements.
• Gather, assess, document, and confirm business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes to identify areas for enhancement and streamlining.
• Translate business needs into precise and actionable technical directives.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to develop solutions that meet business needs and strategic goals.
• Evaluate alternative solutions and provide recommendations based on cost, feasibility, and business impact.

Project Manager Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE 2 – 3 years of TIMESHARE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE!
• 2 – 3 years of experience working on projects as a Project Manager in the Timeshare industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (agile, waterfall) and PM tools (ADO, Jira, Microsoft Project).
• Experience collaborating with UI/UX teams for wireframing, estimates, and budgeting.
• Certification in BA (CBAP) or Project Management (PMP) is a plus but not required.
• Will require reloation to Myrtle Beach, SC in 6 months to a year.

Project Manager Pay Rate:

• Pay Rate: Starting at $80k annually.
