Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Senior Automation Engineer to fill an open position with one of our banking clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team responsible for implementing quality assurance programs and ensuring the reliability, performance, and quality of automated applications.

Role Summary:

• Integrate API automation scripts with Github Actions for Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
• Develop the Appium framework from scratch using Java with a page object model for iOS and Android apps, and integrate with Github Actions/Jenkins for CI/CD.
• Conduct API testing using Postman and Charles Proxy, including throttling, breakpoints, rewrite/simulate error codes, and mapping.

The Ideal Candidate

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in SQL, Postman, Github, Appium framework, and test automation frameworks.
• Experience with Java, Selenium, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong critical thinking abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or relevant work experience preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in automation engineering or related roles.
