Satair i s looking for a Supplier Performance Manager to join our Supply Management team based in Peachtree City, Georgia.

As a Supplier Performance Manager you will take on a key role within Supply Management where you will be monitoring supplier performance to ensure an efficient material flow from suppliers to our warehouses around the world.
This includes close collaboration with key stakeholders internally and externally, with the main goal of providing our customers with the highest possible service and delivery performance.

Your challenges:
Ensure supplier compliance to agreements and contracts
Monitor supplier performance on purchase order level, derive appropriate short term corrective actions in case of deficiencies and interact with Product Management for long term actions.
Accountable for the on-going generation, publication and maintenance of standard local KPIs, generated from the central system (e.g. SAP), and for ensuring standard format and approach across the business.
Closely monitor that the suppliers conform to agreed contractual obligations. Extract SAP purchase order data and be accountable for pre-publication integrity checks.
Create regular supplier performance summary reports.
Cooperate with suppliers on action plans for improvements.
Ensure optimum cooperation with the Supply Officer regarding supplier conditions and procurement.
Explore the optimum methods for generation of KPIs and prepare high level graphical supplier performance KPI overviews.
Deliver reports to relevant stakeholders (e.g. Product Management and Planning).
Create customized ad-hoc data extracts and report on request by interfacing functions
Your boarding pass:
An Associate's degree in Business Administration, Procurement Management, related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of experience working with procurement and supply chain strategies in an aviation environment.
Prior experience must also include: working in project management in the aviation industry; monitoring supplier performance; working with purchasing and logistics in the aviation industry to coordinate supply chain strategies; utilizing Palantir tools in an aviation environment.
Utilizing supplier performance measurement techniques including advanced Excel tools, Google sheets, Pivot Tables, graph creations, PowerPoint, and Google Slide Presentations; and utilizing ERP system platforms including SAP, Business Objects, and IBM Lotus Notes.
Ability to work under pressure and to work in a fast changing environment
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, written and verbally
