Excellent opportunity for a driven and highly motivated Sales Manager/Senior Account Executive with experience in managing high-value insurance claims for institutions that cannot afford downtime. This role is ideal for self-motivated, results-oriented individuals with a strong track record of success in the challenging and competitive insurance industry. To be successful, you should have excellent relationship management skills, particularly with healthcare, education, and government agencies in the greater Houston area. You will benefit from being tech-savvy and understanding the value of using technology to enhance your productivity.



Key Responsibilities:


Manage high-value insurance claims for institutions such as healthcare, education, and government agencies in the greater Houston area.

Ensure swift and efficient claims processing to minimize downtime for clients.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare, education, and government stakeholders.

Be prepared to travel and respond quickly to water damage incidents along the Gulf Coast.


Ideal Candidate:


Proven experience handling large loss insurance claims, particularly for institutions requiring minimal downtime.

Background as an insurance adjuster or significant experience in the insurance industry with a comprehensive understanding of the claims process.

Prior income of $150,000 or more in a variable compensation plan and a strong drive to earn well beyond that.


Additional Requirements:


Willingness to be in the field developing facility relationships in the Houston area.

Comfortable with cold-calling, networking, attending trade shows, and traveling up to 50% of the year.

Ethical, hard-working, personable, and able to work well with all team members.
