If you join our team, your work will ensure people across the world have a little more comfort in their lives.As a Human Resources Generalist, you will have the opportunity to support our manufacturing facility in Newnan, GA with around 100 employees. You will work with manufacturing facility leaders to ensure successful execution of HR practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture emphasizing safety, quality, and productivity goal attainment.So, what will you be doing as a(n) HR Generalist?HRIS and Payroll Management:Monitor non-exempt/hourly time in ADP eTime SystemProcess payroll and manage time-off requestsGenerate HR reports (headcount, hours worked, attrition)Business Partnership:Meet weekly with Manufacturing Plant Managers and SupervisorsImplement and track progress on HR initiativesCompliance and Employee Relations:Investigate non-compliance allegations and recommend solutionsConsult on employee relations issuesManage employee files and respond to unemployment claimsTalent Acquisition:Manage full-cycle recruitment processCoordinate with hiring managers and conduct initial screeningsOversee new employee onboardingTemporary Workforce Management:Partner with Staffing Agencies and Plant managersCoordinate temporary staffing needsTraining and Development:Facilitate new employee orientationConduct leadership and employee training programs as neededTo be successful in this role, you’ll need:Bachelor’s Degree and five years of human resources generalist experience in the production and manufacturing industry.PHR, SPHR, and/or SHRM Certification preferredThings we consider a plus:ADP Workforce NowWhat to Do NextNow that you’ve had a chance to learn more about us, what are you waiting for!
