There are many reasons to build your career at Carter's.Job DescriptionDuring non-training days/shifts, employees in the Operations Trainer position are expected to perform the regular duties of the respective position for which they are a trainer: Material Handler, Picker/Packer, Shipper, Receiver, Lift Truck Driver, or Auditor.
