Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a clinical Full-Desk Clinical Recruiter
• Proven track-record in placing allied health and nurses on travel assignments or perm placements
• Experienced cold calling healthcare candidates, emailing, mass text messaging, and posting on social media for healthcare job roles

Responsibilities

• Clinical Skills: Use your relationships & skills to maintain and grow allied health and nursing relationships
• Promote job openings and social media events/connections
• Recruitment: Source, Vet, and Submit top-quality healthcare candidates to clients for consideration
