We are currently in search of an experienced Director of Information Technology to oversee a market that consists of MD, DC, VA, PA and DE clinic locations. The Director of Information Technology at Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health and all its subsidiaries ("Kolmac" or the "Company") is responsible for leading and managing our large-scale IT systems. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in IT infrastructure management, with a strong preference for experience in the healthcare sector. The Director will be hands on daily with IT projects and the organization’s infrastructure. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of navigating complex operational challenges and ensuring the security, reliability, and compliance of our IT systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the procurement and provisioning of devices, including computers, mobile phones, and other hardware, ensuring they meet the company's standards for security and functionality.
  • Manage the implementation and maintenance of Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems to ensure the security and compliance of company devices.
  • Manage all aspects of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications, including user onboarding and offboarding, license management, and vendor relationships.
  • Automate manual processes and improve efficiency wherever possible.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, plan, and deliver the IT projects required to support our growth.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, keeping complete, regularly updated, and accurate records.
  • Oversee the management and reporting of data warehouses, ensuring a deep understanding of how data is pulled from tables and reports are generated. Manage a team responsible for daily data interactions.
  • Work closely with a Managed Service Provider (MSP) to ensure they are delivering IT support, ensuring adherence to onboarding/offboarding procedures, meeting service-level agreements, and providing necessary infrastructure maintenance.
  • Provide oversight for IT infrastructure, ensuring the network, systems, and hardware are optimized for performance and security.
  • Travel to and support the setup of new sites (DeNovo clinics), including managing the IT requirements for basic retail office infrastructure.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the security of our IT systems and data, including vulnerability management, incident response, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Provide strategic leadership and vision for Kolmac and Concerted Care Group IT systems.
  • Drive innovation and efficiency in enterprise IT operations.
  • Oversee the management and optimization of IT infrastructure.
  • Ensure robust data security, effective disaster recovery planning, and continuous system monitoring.
  • Ensure IT operations comply with all relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the strategic development and adoption of APIs to enhance system functionality and integration.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical ideas to various stakeholders with the ability to motivate stakeholders and drive towards a vision.
  • Foster a professional and collegial work environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related IT field of study, or 4-year degree and equivalent level of professional experience required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of people management experience in various capacities.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in managing complex IT environments.
  • Passionate about technology, with expertise in areas such as network infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT service management.
  • A strong communicator who collaborates effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Multi-site, multi-state experience.
  • Previous IT experience in a healthcare setting with EMR knowledge/experience.
  • Strong ability to navigate and resolve complex operational challenges, including those involving data security, disaster recovery, and system monitoring.
  • Expertise in evaluating and managing security across multiple platforms.
  • Strong oversight experience in regulatory compliance and implementing data governance best practices.
  • Proven track record in strategic API development and adoption.
  • Experience in system re-engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and professionally.
  • Experience with leading a reporting team to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
  • 30% travel required to visit clinics in MD, VA, DC, PA and DE.

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $145,000 to $165,000.00. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, licensure, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
