Position: Junior Associate Attorney in Training (80% Remote)
Location: Remote (Occasional in-office meetings in Fort Lauderdale, FL, or Jacksonville, FL)

Compensation: Base salary of $50,000 - $65,000, with the potential to earn six figures through performance-based bonuses

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Associate Attorney (0-2 years' experience) who is passionate about consumer rights and eager to grow in a high-volume, fast-paced legal environment. As alicensed attorney , you will handle substantive legal tasks and develop expertise in consumer protection law while supporting the legal team in managing client cases. The position is performance-driven, offering significant earning potential for motivated attorneys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction:
- Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound calls with prospective clients.
- Engage in substantive conversations to assess client needs and explain our legal services.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements under supervision.
- Case Management Support:
- Assist with the intake and onboarding of new clients.
- Collect and organize necessary documentation for legal cases.
- Legal Support:
- Conduct legal research and draft documents as needed.
- Participate in pre-litigation conferences and negotiations with opposing parties.
- Represent clients in negotiations under the guidance of senior attorneys.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Licensed attorney (active bar membership required).
- Prior legal experience in a high-volume defense or plaintiff's firm is highly preferred.
- Comfortable with phone-based communication and negotiation.
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities involving financial discussions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
