Duties:

1. Conduct research and analysis on international tax laws and regulations.

Requirements:

1. 4-6 years of experience in transactional tax work, with a focus on international taxation.
2. Admission to the Bar in the jurisdiction of practice.
3. LL.M. in Taxation preferred.

Education and Certifications:

1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
