The Royal Caribbean Group's HR Transformation Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Senior Manager, HR Business Products - Talent reporting to the Director, HR Business Products.
This position will work on-site in Miami, Florida.
Position Summary:
The Senior Manager, HR Business Products - Talent will lead theend-to-end process of conceptualization through to system implementations and enhancements of HR products. He/she will also provide business and process support to senior leadership.

Under the direct leadership of the Director, HR Business Products, this person will oversee the implementation, enhancements and support of products for designated functional areas within the HR eco-system.

The Senior Manager, HR Business Products - Talent will lead theend-to-end process of conceptualization through to system implementations and enhancements of HR products. He/she will also provide business and process support to senior leadership.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Under the direct leadership of the Director, HR Business Products, this person will oversee the implementation, enhancements and support of products for designated functional areas within the HR eco-system.
- Builds relationships with aligned business operational leaders and HR operational COEs, ensuring they always feel supported by the HR Product team
- Partners with functional groups to develop process landscape, gap analysis, product transformation plans, organizational impact analysis, and long-term change workstream strategy
- Drives the exploration, evaluation, recommendation, and design of new tools, features and functionalities
- Owns the product backlog according to stakeholder requirements across assigned HR systems
- Supports the prioritization of the backlog based on urgency and criticality of requirements
- Analyzes market and industry trends to anticipate stakeholder needs
- Manages vendor relationships including vendor selection
- Defines business requirements and translates them into a deliverable project plan
- Monitors and analyzes process performance metrics
- Drives process standardization and compliance and process improvements
- Reviews all technical specifications ensuring appropriate IT build based upon the business requirements
- Defines test strategy, test cases, and test scenarios with the ability to test, identify appropriate data sets and assess expected results
- Highly strategic, proactive, and organized
- Strong interpersonal skills
- 7+ years of operational HR with people leadership experience
- Experience in project management using AGILE, PMP, or Scrum methodology (or equivalent)
- Proven track record of product management supporting HR process areas, systems, and workflows
- Ability to define and execute multiple detailed activity plans simultaneously
- Skilled in customer facing activities covering requirements gathering, data preparation, cutover support, timeline management, and documentation preparation
- Ability to communicate and work collaboratively within a team and have strong influencing skills
- Ability to coach and advise stakeholders
- Ability to conduct and facilitate workshops with business representatives, management and executives, team member resources, and external third-party groups
- Ability to manage ambiguity with demonstrated confidence & credibility
- Strong judgement and decision-making skills
- Experience working with contemporary HR Technology platforms (e.g., Success Factors, Salesforce etc.)
