One Family.Purpose Statement.To work effectively within a multi skilled warehouse team, ensuring all duties are completed in an accurate, timely and safe manner, supporting the delivery of a first class service for our business.Key Accountabilities and OutcomesTo carry out pre op checks on any mechanical handling equipment (MHE) and complete form accuratelyTo wear all PPE as suppliedLoad and Unload vehicle in designated area(they don't currently do this) To complete all relevant paperwork as trainedMulti skilled to operateall MHE (including hand pump up trucks)To locate each pallet of stock in the warehouse, ensuring 100% traceability on all productsTo pick accurately requested ingredients/packaging for all production unitsTo secure pallets and 'Shuttle' Stock between units and within agreed timescalesTo be accurate and timely when carrying out AX duties for warehouse and dispatch area.Any damage to stock/MHE or building to be reported to the Team Leader or Manager immediatelyTo report any injury to self/others immediately to the Team Leader or ManagerMinimize risk of foreign bodies and cross contamination through Good PracticeAny other role as deemed appropriate by the Company.You must comply with Rich Products Limited Health and Safety policies and procedures at all times.Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceHold current articulated and counter balance licensesComputer literatePreviouse warehouse experience desirableStandard educationFunctional RequirementsAbility to work on own initiative whilst in a team environmentAbility to work under pressure to deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracySelf motivatedGood level of literacy and communication skillsExcellent level of numeracy and problem solving skillsRich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), are committed to a policy of Equal Employment Opportunity and will not discriminate against an applicant or employee on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, national origin or ancestry, sex, age, physical or mental disability, veteran or military status, genetic information, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status or any other legally recognized protected basis under federal, state, or local law.
