HOW YOU WILL CREATE AN IMPACT
You will increase revenue, streamline processes, and improve ACS operator resources by increasing our “operator touches”, enhancing and growing our pool of operators/partners, and improving the quantity and quality of operators we utilize.
This opportunity would help support our Jet Card and Customer Experience departments to improve vendor relations, while also looking to onboard new operators and strengthening relationships with existing ones.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Build strong relationships through our regional network of brokers and operators.
- You are responsible for acting as a liaison between ACS brokers and charter operators to help improve our buying power and overall standing in the market.
- Understand the ACS charter process and the service standards we offer.
- Follow up with operators after the sales cycle to ensure the operator’s satisfaction and implement strategies for sales improvement from a purchasing standpoint.
- Working closely with customer experience to help resolve any problem flights with customers that occurred because of operator mishaps.
- Handling complaints and inquiries from brokers about operator experiences and vice versa, operator complaints about ACS brokers.
- Overseeing and managing the watch list. Communicating with our compliance department to ensure such changes are updated on the compliance app.
- Attending networking events such as regional NBAA’s and Schedulers & Dispatcher conferences, arranging meetings, and building relationships with operators.
- Review and closely monitor our quote-to-book ratios with operators, spending habits, and overall performance with operators on a quarterly basis.
- Negotiate specialized terms with operators to match the terms of our Jet Card products to help establish a reliable network of operator participants.
- Build a network of preferred operators for sales to reach out to in order to give ACS a strategic advantage over the competition.
- Provide sales with support should it be required as it relates to cancellations/AOG’s by communicating with operators to achieve the best results for ACS and its customers.

- Minimum of 5 years experience within the aviation industry
- Previous experience working at an Operator/FBO
- Has collaborated and worked closely with Directors and Head of Departments
- Analytic and data-driven
- Interpersonal skills - able to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution background
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Open to travel throughout the US (several times a quarter)
- Can commit to being in office (Uniondale, Long Island)
