Job Requirements / Description
A residential homebuilder client of ours is looking to bring on an Office Administrator to assist and add additional support to the Finance, Marketing, Land Development, Land Acquisition, Sales, and Closing Coordinator teams and divisions to be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
- Assist colleagues within the Finance, Land Development, Land Acquisition, Sales, Division
- Assist Closing Coordinators in transactions with client/customers (Paperwork, Logistics, etc.)
- Input sales contracts, addendums, and change orders into Internal CRM for tracking purposes
- Front Desk/Receptionist responsibilities
- Pull, Update, Close, and Organize documents accordingly
- Miscellaneous task around office
- Speak and communicate with high level clients, customers, and internal employees
Requirements :
- 3+ years of office administrative or related experience
- H.S Diploma or higher-level education
- Energetic & Warm Personality
- Experience working with C-level VP’s
Compensation : $21-25/hour
Duration : 6 month C2H (conversion guaranteed)
