Position Overview: We are seeking talented and experienced Cloud Computing Specialists to join our clients' dynamic teams in both full-time and contract/project-based roles. As a Cloud Computing Specialist at ALT Digital, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across industries, helping our clients harness the full potential of cloud technologies to accelerate innovation and achieve competitive advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to assess their business needs and design scalable, cost-effective cloud solutions that align with their strategic objectives.
- Architect, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure using leading cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Implement best practices for cloud security, compliance, and governance to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data and applications.
- Optimize cloud environments for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency, leveraging services such as auto-scaling, load balancing, and containerization.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of cloud computing principles, architectures, and services, with expertise in one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Azure Resource Manager.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages like Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), and infrastructure as code (IaC).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in cloud environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
