What you will do:

  • As Director, HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will align business and talent objectives for the senior leadership of the Global Field Operations organization.

  • You will develop, implement and enhance talent initiatives to advance organizational goals and enhance employee experience.

  • You will be responsible for human resource planning and organizational development to provide the organization with the best people in the best roles at the right time.

  • With strong business acumen, you will advise on organizational design and development practices and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

  • You will be an employee champion, talent strategist, and change agent.

  • You’ll influence organizational outcomes through strong global collaboration and communication skills and data-driven decision-making.

How you will do it:

  • Participate in the development of the organization's plans and programs as a strategic partner, particularly from the perspective of the impact on people.

  • Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning of new programs/strategies and regulatory action as those items affect the attraction, motivation, development and retention of the people resources of the organization.

  • Drive organizational development, change management and build organizational capacity for assigned business segments.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

  • Understand organizational strategy, draw insights from talent data and advise the business to define talent requirements.

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to develop staffing strategies to identify talent within and outside the organization for positions of responsibility.

  • Partnering with Total Rewards, develop and implement progressive and proactive reward and recognition programs.

  • Deploy enterprise programs and adapt to business and geographical needs to drive diversity and inclusion strategies.

  • Partnering with Talent Management, identify competency and skills programs to assess and fill the identified gaps.

  • Foster a culture of inclusivity and promote the business benefits of a diverse and inclusive workforce.

  • Maintain knowledge of global HR policies, programs, laws and issues.

  • Provide day-to-day performance management advice and guidance to management.

What we look for:

Required

  • Bachelor degree required; Master degree preferred.

  • Extensive HR business partner experience, preferably in a global environment.

  • Demonstrated business fluency: Leverage talent expertise to strategically partner with business leaders.

  • People leadership through influence and direct line management.

  • Expertise in global organization development and effectiveness strategies.

  • Knowledge of workforce planning processes and execution plans.

  • Ability to be an effective leader in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to manage and lead others through conflict while maintaining strong relationships.

  • Ability to interact and work with peers and leadership in the HR COEs.

  • Understanding and responsibility in project and program management principles.

  • Leverage technology to view and analyze data to make data-driven recommendations.

This is a hybrid role and will require being onsite two days per week at our Glendale, Wisconsin office.
